That place is huge
I was setting up temporary communications there a few years back when there was just a few houses
They spoke about the place like it was going to be outrageous. It is.

it's Texas, we are in "optimal" conditions majority of the time. If they are energy positive a majority of the time and store that in power walls the factory should remain self-sufficient.

Yes, that place is massive. On a side note, how do you keep rain from flooding when it drains off the roof? How do you properly divert that much roof water?

They have collection pools/ponds that then drain into the Colorado river when full....

Storm water detention ponds. Regulate the cfm that enters the drain system. Initially calculated in acre feet.
