Strange pic from Amarillo

You guys see this image from Amarillo this week? Any ideas what it could be? I’ll say a coyote on 2 legs.

I have no idea but the image looks identical in both pictures. It looks like one picture taken before it reaches the post and one after it passes- but the image is identical in both. I am suspicious since there is not a single change in any part of the image from one shot to the next-at least as far as I can see. Unless there were two different cameras taking a picture at the very same time.

If you look at the weeds in front of the thing it doesn't move. Second picture was taken from a different angle.
