Having Heck with Roll up Shop door....anyone here an expert?

16 wide x 8 tall, Mueller brand, " wind rated" door with J locks (my term for the J shaped clip things).

J locks are hanging on the weld plate for the door, and on the top of the tracks....


Thoughts? Experience?

Take a picture of your problem and someone may know the fix.

Is it level?
I have seen where one side is higher than the other and cause problems.
Hopefully the door isn’t bent, another problem area.

I have hung probably thousands of the standard roll ups with very few problems, but those high wind load doors seem to be problematic.
