Need some Beatle's help please

My BIL scored a box full of record album's at a garage sale for 5 bucks. One of which is this Beatle's record. He had one person look at the signature's, and felt they were authentic, but couldn't give him a COA. The one thing no one seems to know, is who Jim Sterling is. His autograph is on there. We've both googled him, and come up with nothing. If any of y'all have any idea's, thought's, or where else research this, I'd sure appreciate it.

I've seen a lot of Beatle's signatures. I doubt these are authentic. You need to have an expert look though.
Maybe Jim owned the album originally.

Google John Lennon signatures, none look like that one on the album.

Since this appears to be "inside baseball" I am leaning towards authentic.

The George Harrison signature looks pretty legit.
