A friend and members son is in the ICU and on a ventilator
You all know him....
He has ask to remain anonymous and ask for prayers.

Prayers up for him and the doctors and nurses administering to him, that they take the right actions, and that his body respond well and heal completely!

Based on a post he made a day or two ago, I got a good feeling I know who it is. Sure hope I am wrong! Regardless of who it is, Im wishing them the best. No parent should have to go through this.

Was hard coming to this thread, not going to lie, but it was my 1st born son, a Jr.
Very humbled by the thoughts and prayers and thankful to have some folks that would be there even if it was vague. May not make sense, but I asked John (Lefty) to keep it on the low at the time as I wanted to try and keep the focus on prayers for my son without the thread getting derailed in a covid argument, may not have been the right way to go about it, idk
Also a shout out to Stubs for updating this for me, it was a devastating day. I have seen a lot in my past career, lost family and friends, but nothing came close to preparing me for something like this, parents worst nightmare imo.

We couldn't visit him until the last week after they tested for covid (again), that was tough, but when I had a chance, I had a low grade fever and couldn't board a plane. 2 months of a bit of good news where I felt safe to work, then bad news that would turn it in a tail spin. I sincerely hope none of y'all have to take this roller coaster, I'm texting him one day and 8 hrs later he is on a vent, all the things I could have said besides "talk to you later"
