Are they supposed to be inserted in the middle of threads?

I don't mind most of them since my wife shops on my computer.


Some of the pictures are as good as the hump day threads (the ones that do not get deleted).

We don't run ads like those inhouse, but in order for web sites like ours to survive, we have to run remnant ads. Some of them you won't like. We can control their content to a degree, but the more controls we insert, the less the space is worth. I'm pretty sure you know where we stand on most things - you have been hanging here since 2009.

Anyone who complains about the ads is nuts. I would pay to log on.

My version of Windows is so old the ads don't even know I exist. I love it!

Sometimes after the first post in a thread, sometimes on the side and sometimes under the top banner. The one under the first post sometimes changes while reading a thread. Started reading this one and the bar in the thread changed from Reese's peanut butter cups to the add Dogcatcher posted.

And you get the big bucks for Moderatin all the stuff that Norml post on here.

Change and new almost always stinks at first.

I hardly ever notice the ads. I do a little more now cause they pop up differently. Ive never noticed one within a thread. It seems they are in between OT and Bunker(besides top and side). I can think of no better value for something I enjoy than THF so whatever it takes to pay the bills.

No. The pop-up ads that we had stunk. I hated those damn things. One ad that I have to scroll past in the middle of the thread does not bother me.

If I have add blocker on I do not know it. How do I check?

What browser are you using? Chrome, Firefox?
Generally the Ad blocker appears as a red octagon symbol in the top right hand side of your browser. You can then click on it and it should give you the option to turn On or Off.
