You guys have any info on this? I'm looking at maybe rescuing an old German Shepherd here in California but I cannot house him with me while I'm out here. Any info on this is appreciated.

Pretty sure pets can't fly commercial unaccompanied any long. I could be wrong but I have a friend that breeds Frenchies and I thought she was talking about that a while back.

$500-600 to fly my heeler to Hawaii via Alaskan Airlines. Temps have to be in a certain range. Flew unaccompanied. They have a drop off and pickup area at DFW

If this is an Old Dog it may not get cleared to fly I would check with a vet some need to be medicated..

Times have changed. I flew one free with me to North Dakota for sharp tail hunt several years ago.
