I am a big fan of J.C. Potter sausage. Most sausage company`s adds ice to the sausage making process to keep the meat cold but J.C. Potter extrudes theirs thru refrigerated pipes to keep the meat cold before packaging. The ice added to the process ends up as water that you end up buying. I was told this by a sales rep for J.C. Potter years ago when I sold their sausage. Plus it is made in Oklahoma, a Red state.
