Yes, she bears the scar of spaying. I surmise that she is a pure bred puppy mama that had her last litter and was dumped by the idiot owner at the lake. That’s common down there.
It amazes us how smart and well mannered she is. She’s house broken and tells us when she wants out. She is leash broken and very easy to lead. She hangs back with me when the pack goes nuts running and barking, no aggression in her is visible. She won over my hater neighbor after one evening in the garage with us and now greets him enthusiastically when he comes on our property. Yes, she minds the ecollar and stays inside the wire. She promptly answers to her new name and trots to me when I whistle. She comes with the pack when I call the whole pack with ‘DOGS!’ How could anyone dump a dog like that?
We tried to find her owner. Facebook and local word of mouth got no response. She is not chipped and wore no tags. She’s such a good dog that my scenerio is the only one that makes sense. She’s great with the pack and submitted to Izzie, our alpha female instantly and often. The pack has accepted her. We have too. She got a clean bill of health from our vet, plus rabies and parvo shots. She’ll be chipped Thursday and registered to us and it’s done.

She loves that vest. Her coat is so thin that she gets chilled quickly and comes loping back to me and the heater after only a short trip outside.

You nailed it there. The dog that you rescue, rescues you. Look it up.

She’s fine this morning. Her mama finally got her to throw it up.
That bad girl thoroughly enjoyed chowing down on a green mouse block while we were busy in the garage yesterday afternoon.

How many dogs do you have?

Now she’s posing for me.
I’m scared of her!
LOL Great Centerfold pic! All that's missing is the staple! As for the spaying question, search her belly for a blue or bluish green dot. A lot of ABC places add a little tattoo as an indicator next to the incision.
