Inca Trail to Machu Picchu, has anyone done it?

Looking to go on vacation next year to do it. I know duck hunter has, but has anyone else?

Here is one a lot closer and a lot of fun, Lake Mineral Wells Trailway. About 20 miles long, can either walk it or ride a bicycle.

Almost booked It for my honeymoon next month but decided on a more relaxing route (Roatan). We will someday.

Had some in laws just go there couple months ago. SIL said it was miserable, BIL loved it. Also cousin in law and his wife were on that trip. About half the group they were put in with outfitter came down with various sickness and ailments. One of the group was admitted to a local hospital. He had to pay a $7000 bill before being released. Insurance from the states was worthless there.

That'd be a great trip you'd never forget.

Been a goal since I was a kid, Saw it a national geographic magazine.

It's basically worthless anywhere outside the USA unless you have special travel insurance.
