It's a miracle more boys between 16 and 19 don't get shot because of their own stupidity, driving, walking around where they shouldn't be, this kind of attention seeking crap, etc. It's a dangerous age to have idle time. I'm glad the kid was medically screened. Doing something this stupid is a scream for help.
