That man has a great idea, he not only thinks is but is actually reaching across the isle to help others and join communities and cops.

Pretty cool, as a teen I had about 15 lawns i did for pay, a couple times a year my church would do community outreach, i ran free lawn care with some other guys mowing peoples yards, medians, side of the roads, all in communities of lower income and it seemed like even the city had forgotten about.

It makes a community look a lot better when the grass is cut and trash picked up.
