If you're looking at making a single 3000' run and want any volume/pressure at the finish you may jump up to 2".
3/4" pipe loses 7.77 psi per 100' at 10 gpm
2" pipe loses .09 psi per 100' at 10 gpm
You would have to start around 80 psi at the meter to be happy with even 2"....considering you'll lose around 27 psi. Friction loss is not your friend.
