Do I Need a Title to Sell a Car for Parts/Junk?

You need a title to take it to the scrapyard. You can sell it to an individual without a title.

I believe the last time I did it I signed an affidavit that I owned it. I think I had to give them my ID. I did not have the title. Call your local wrecking yard they should fill you in.
