Lead times on last years kill??

I killed my chocolate fallow on November 21st 2019. When should it be ready?

What are you guys seeing with your last years mounts?

I have received everything I got last year from Sept exotics, Oct pronghorn and January deer. They were all done last week. 3 different taxidermists.
