My First Buck - 12/05/19 02:36 AM

Shot my first buck in Nov 2018 and I finally got the mount back from Curbows Taxidermy in Nacogdoches.
I’m happy with it and I know there is higher quality taxidermist out there but overall I’m happy with the mount.

Let me know what y’all think!

Nice buck & nice mount!!

I suggest that you tape the tag to the back of the mount.

On my euro's mounts, I've started to add the date & location on the back with a felt marker. As the years go by, memories tend to get fuzzy.

Ok, just curious how does that work if you take your deer to the processor with the tag, will they return the tag back to you to give to the taxidermist?
