East Texas near Texarkana Suggestions

Got a good buck I'm hoping to get and need suggestions on where to take it to have mounted.

2 pretty good taxi's in Pittsburg. One is Allen's and can't remember the other but will try to get some info for you.

All Shots Taxidermy in Longview. Her husband built my house and although I haven't had her do any taxidermy for me I've seen her work from African Plains to WT and it's pretty impressive.

Allen's in Pittsburg is very good.

I dont know how close you are to Texarkana, but there is a place in Ashdown, AR (15 min north of Texarkana) named Woods and Wetlands and she does fantastic work!

I use Galen too. He's done a dozen African mounts for me, several exotics and my wife's whitetail from last year. One of the must haves in a taxidermist for me is that the capes are commercially tanned. If they do it themselves, I wont use them. He sends his capes to Michigan or Wisconsin, I forget, but you won't believe how nice of a job they do at tanning them!!! That alone makes it worthwhile going to him!!
