I have been thinking about trying a new taxidermist and saw that there is one in Rowlett. I have a friend that has had them do euro but do not know how he does on whitetail shoulder mounts or bobcat full body mount.

Have any of you used Harwell's? If so what do you think and post pics if you have any.

Hey, good taxidermist are hard to find. I've been through a few of them. My first one just curled up in a ball one day and died. Then the next one thought I was bringing in too many big deer, so they thought it would be a good idea to call an undercover game warden and try to frame me with some obvious stupid questions. The next taxidermist just would mysteriously loose my fish or never mount my stuff. Tried one that took in a cape and info and just disappeared from the earth. Tried another one who took in my horns and capes and went into hiding. I told his uncle i'f I don't get my kids first deer back from the retard I'm going to hunt him down with an ax. I got his attention and got everything back. The latest one told his friend that he couldn't understand how I keep bringing him big east tx deer. His friend said he is a very envious person. So is he taxidermist or a judge of caractor? Hope you find you a good one and maybe someday they wont get weird on you. I've never used the one you mentioned. Good luck!

Sounds like you need to do a much better job vetting your taxidermists!

Harwell's did a good job on a couple wood ducks and a very good job on a Grey Fox for me. Bobcat not so good on a friends cat. Deer I do not know about of his. Cats are not easy to get right. For a bobcat

Can ship to them and get it shipped to you when completed.
