Anniversary weekend dinner

Kids are away and wife and I have the whole weekend to ourselves to celebrate our anniversary. We usually don't go out to eat, because my cooking is better than most restaurants. Yes, I'm full of it, but that's what my wife tells me. Tonight's menu item...blackened sea bass with a crab and shrimp cream sauce.

Hell yes sir! It’s our anniversary this weekend too. Wife told me the same thing let’s just stay home and you cook, it’s better than the restaurants anyway. She tells me the same thing, and I’m like you I absolutely believe it lol.
