Dinner

Didn’t realize it until we sat down, but nothing from the grocery store other than the bacon and fried onions in the green beans. Bacon wrapped Sika Filets cooked medium rare (my favorite), red potatoes and green beans picked from the garden. Beans were picked and consumed within the hour. It sure felt good to look down at that plate and appreciate the meal more than most other nights.

Self sufficient at its finest!
