Prime Rib Ribs

Good thing that propane works at low temps! All those ribs I've been saving went into the Insta-Pot for 30 minutes, and finished on the grill while everything else came together. Fall off the bone tender, which is a requirement for beef ribs!!!

I was gonna say that looked tasty, but then you went and put that Blue Cheese stuff all over everything. And it`s chunky too. Everyone know that cheese is supposed to be yellow.

Looks very good,! I like Blue Cheese on salads, never tried it on potato's.

I actually prefer butter, bacon, and bleu cheese on my baked potato, instead of sour cream!! smile
