..... to eat out of your comfort zone, and make something new and delicious!!! Worked in the shop all day on the new Jeep CJ-5 project, and missed both breakfast and lunch. Last nights tender sirloin all cubed up, romaine lettuce, 5 bean salad, sweet onions and jalepenos, grated Parmesan cheese and blue cheese dressing!!!

Only thing I`m afraid of in this picture is the Blue Cheese Dressing. Other than that... I`m fearless.
