Hot Guts and Corn Poblano Chowder

The girls must have over-heated in Tucson last week, cause they changed bags, and then hauled butt for Bozeman Montana. All the women folk-kids-grandkids went to my grandson's graduation, while I got to stay here in the peace and quiet, and receive a whole bunch of expensive auto parts for my son. Wasn't fit for man nor beast today, at 43 degrees and cold wind, so stayed inside and cooked a chowder.

Grilled hot Texas sausage, roasted poblano and corn chowder, and BIG tomatoes. Heavenly!!!

We started carrying it here in my store. It's the Kiolbassa brand from San Antonio. Really good!
