I fried okra from last years garden along with a pot of crowder peas and cornbread casserole my wife threw together. This is the leftovers, yum yum another meal tomorrow

I love fried okra, but it is so hard to get it "just right!" Can't begin to tell how many times I've been disappointed in restaurants that serve it as mush. UGH!!
