No matter how hard I tried, I just couldn't get the girls to try the crab. Good thing I had saved a nice brisket flat for them, to slice up and have as sandwiches also! Heated up the air fryer to get a good warm crisp on them, and made an amazing sandwich. I might just be addicted to tartar sauce tho!! smile

They come from down your way. We won't see a decent local tomato for 2-3 more months!! We have a local greenhouse that has the best tomatoes anywhere around, and it's usually May 1st when they open.
