Smoked pastrami - 02/28/22 10:23 PM

Used an old cheap brisket I had in the freezer to make my own pastrami and smoked it. First time trying it, turned out awesome.

Years of practice from making my own bacon.

Made sandwiches on grilled Jewish Rye, with Weber's horseradish mustard, sauerkraut, and swiss. They were delicious.

Looks good and I like to make it too. Finishing off the last of one I smoked in November with some homemade saurkraut on a sammich.
