Pulled Pork With Sides

Smoked a Pork Butt last week finally getting around to posting dinner pics. All that was added was some Tabasco, Louisiana Bread N Butter pickles and some Jalapenos .Made a side of twice baked potato casserole with ranch style beans.
Gave two of my neighbors generous portions and they finally like me a little for now anyways
My wife who hates leftovers and not big on smoked meats served it for dinner again the very next night.

FYI this is what I used for the rub.
I have to tell you the Weber Garlic & Jalapeno seasoning smells so good its hard to pull your nostrils away from sniffing it.

Anybody else have some good rubs for pork, please chime in.

Is your neighbor some sort of Yankee? His plate looks anemic compared to yours Stub. And that okra looks out of place.

No my neighbor is not a yankee, actually his family is several generation S.TX folks.
His anemic plate compared to mind is probably a direct correlation between the size our two bodies, he is a slender man and I am never mind lets move on
