Finger Food Dinner. Viva Mexico!

Chopped boneless chicken mixed with 4 cheese blend. Street taco size tortillas, steamed and rolled tight. Refried beans for dipping and queso and salsa. Would have had avacado but it went from rock hard to rotten i 2 days!!

That looks good enough to eat for breakfast, as it’s 06:00 .

Do you use canned refried beans ?
I found these and when "tweaked" they are great .

We really like refried beans, and eat them a lot at home. Our favorite is the Rosarita Traditional, and when they have case lot sales we load up the pantry. In the RV we like to minimize the cans in the trash, so we go with the pouches and found these two are great. I haven't tried yours, but will look for them next time.
