Almost Charcuterie - Plated, Not Plattered

Almost Charcuterie - Plated, Not Plattered - 01/07/22 01:26 AM

Warmed up to 38 degrees today. Cleaned the driveway, got my extra tires back to my storage shed, and fired up my MGA. Drove back and forth between the two garages, and pretended it was summer!

Quick meal tonight, since I'm gonna go down and watch golf from Hawaii. I spent the morning making a couple gallons of New England clam chowder to freeze, so I didn't really feel like cooking much anymore. Smoked a brined and cured salmon filet, my friend from Tennessee sent me a sugar cured ham, and had lots of salad, cheese and crackers! Sorry, I was out of prosciutto!

Would. Might skip the ice if I had your weather.
