Still watching it snow, I have shoveled 4 times today, and now have a weather alert for another 2-8" and high winds tonight. Brrrr!!!

Diced pork al pastor, fried tortilla, Hatch Chile rice, and cream cheese and cheddar poppers!! I can go watch the Weather Channel in comfort now.

That looks perfect to me!

It was 78 degrees here today so we took the pontoon boat for a cruise to test some IPAs.

Ribs, catfish, tater salad and coleslaw today for us, 78 degrees here today as well.
