For those with leftover smoked turkey during the holidays….

…..do yourselves a favor and google a recipe for Sopa Sica. It’s a Mexican noodle dish and it’s delicious. I tend to add a little extra chipotle and counter it with a bit of sugar for a very nice initial sweetness that turns into just the right after burn.
