Low Country Brunswick Stew - 12/03/21 01:29 AM
One of my cousin's in Georgia was looking for a really good Brunswick Stew recipe, and I sent her mine. Could not get it off my mind, and needed some cold-weather comfort food. Actually, just an excuse to eat too much and pour on the Tabasco!!!

In Georgia, we eat it as a side with all sorts of BBQ and ribs. Out here in the West, I just use it as a winter stew.
Shredded pork and shredded chicken, smoked ham bone for flavor. Potatoes, celery, onions, canned tomatoes, butter beans (or baby lima), kernel corn. S&P, red pepper flakes, a little hot sauce, and the usual spices.
