My great grandma used to make this for me when I was a kid. I thought it was the greatest thing on earth. ever had it?

Not that I know of, but I could put a hurting on that, and looks really easy to make.

it's very light and airy. she used nilla wafers instead of graham crackers.

I bet I would love that desert, looks great!

The only type of bisque I've had is crawfish and corn.

I also remember them, but like yours it was made with vanilla wafers. But my wife made a chocolate lasagna pie for Thanksgiving that was a lot better. It was a knockoff of the Olive Garden's chocolate lasagna dessert.

I have had Lobster & Crawfish Bisque, never heard of Lemon but I bet its very good up
