Meat Loaf - Cold Weather Comfort

Sat out in the desert this morning for a couple hours, looking for whitetails in the sage. No luck, only mule deer. Went on a couple 3 mile walk-abouts and jumped some WT does, but no shooter bucks. By noon time I was cold and worn out!!!

Looking like a great afternoon to fire up the oven for meat loaf, potatoes, and squash. The wife and MIL love extra ketchup, I prefer home-made beef broth gravy on mine.

Love me some meatloaf! Looks great.

I don't really care for meat loaf but that looks great! I'd eat that.

My wife makes 2 small loafs, mine gets Whataburger spicy ketchup on top. Hers just has tomato sauce.

Love meatloaf with ketchup. I think I’m going to try a smoked meatloaf

I put a thick coat of tomato paste on the top of mine. Like icing a cake. Meatloaf sammies are da bomb, too!

I smoke them all the time. They turn out great.

I like meatloaf and that looks good Never had it with Brown gravy, always with Ketchup.
Wife makes one from Emeril L recipe that is really good.
