Breakfast

Started to throw on some leftover gravy and decided not to for I did not want to smother the flavor of the other stuff.

Very nice. I'm full right now, but that would sure go down good at lunch!!!

The wife asked "what do you want for dinner? I ask what are my choices? When she said omelette's "Yes Please" wife what do you want in them? me everything
She makes fantastic one egg omelettes.

This is pure greatness. I do a similar one with black- eyed peas and cornbread.
