My baby girl loves rare steak

I didn't get a picture of the steak, but it was a thick filet, allowed to come up to room temp before seasoned liberally and thrown on a hot mesquite coal fire. Warm red center. It was more like a rare medium rare. Not quite rare, and not quite medium rare. That's how I like it. She wasn't going to let any of that rare steak juice go to waste!
