Cornbread

Scratch, with thick cut bone in ham, black- eyed peas, and chow-chow. It is time to start saving corn- bread for Thanksgiving.

Wired. I had to go to three stores to find regular cornmeal. The first two stores had at least a dozen mixes.

Scratch made cornbread is the best !

Leftovers tonight for dinner. I crumbled some cornbread in the juice of the peas and ate it like Cornflakes.

My favorite desert is cornbread and milk, wish I had some right now.

I have ate cornbread and milk for desert and breakfast. Pea or butter bean juice with cornbread and fresh tomatoes is also a favorite.

I also favor the muffin sticks but they are difficult to save for dressing. I do the best I can by making something similar with the edges and saving the centers for dressing.
