I love specs anyway they are served, and that looks exceptional!

There's a whole list of fish that I love to catch and eat, from the bays/flats to the deep water GOM and beyond.

Speckled Trout has always been my favorite. There are other fish out there that are more desired, but a bowl full of Speckled Trout filets does it for me.

Yep it’s a very mild fish and is quite versatile.

Used to hammer Baffin Bay every weekend from about age 8-18 or so growing up in Corpus; Speckled Trout was our preferred table fare back then. Usually corn breaded and fried.
