CFS and Eggs - 09/18/21 03:31 PM

Pretty basic this morning, but what's a guy to do with a left over CFS?? Eggs and gravy to top it off.

Hash browns or biscuits topped with CFS, then fried eggs, then gravy and hot sauce is the only way CFS should be served

Up in Nebraska, after catfishing all night we'd eat breakfast at this little hole in the wall. Big plate, the bottom layer was seasoned/cubed fried potatoes or hash browns, topped with cut up chicken fried steak, topped with eggs, cheese, then covered in sausage gravy with bacon and either pancakes or biscuits on the side. You wanna talk about getting stuffed! It was so good....

Doesn't matter to me if they are over easy, or sunny side up. The key is all the white needs to be cooked, and the yolk runny! Hard to beat an egg basted in hot bacon grease, that's done to perfection!!
