Chicken, Pasta, and Blueberry Muffins

At least that's the plan for the next hour anyway!! Better get the pics started, before I crack the top on this one - might be good, might not, but at least it's high in alcohol. That's why you cook dessert first!!!

The 20 minutes the muffins took let me get the other stuff assembled. Turned out pretty darned good too. If you only take out a little wine to cook with, the rest goes down plenty easy!!!

Floured and fried cubed chicken breasts, fresh mushrooms, lots of bacon, garlic, S&P, lemon juice, white wine and heavy cream. Tried some pimentos with the capers tonight, not bad. Full size spaghetti noodles, as the leftover pasta will become another meal in the future.
