Chorizo Hash and Eggs - 08/27/21 03:37 PM
About once every week or two, I drive by the local Idaho Youth Ranch (thrift store) and stop in. You can't imagine the stuff that people donate, and then the cheap prices the store re-sells it for. Yesterday I got a 6 1/2" cast iron skillet for $1.69, so had to try it this morning!!! Worked like a champ; I knew it would. 
Chorizo hash, sunny-side dippers, last piece of Hatch Chile cornbread, and some little tortilla shovels to scoop up the hash/egg mixture. Sure was good!!
