Oven Knocked it out of the Park Tonight!! - 08/12/21 11:47 PM

Home-made Asparagus Chicken Pot Pie, with lots of mozzarella tonight. Found an amazing frozen blend, with green beans and asparagus - no peas. It's used more in stir fry's. Used up the leftover Albertson's fried chicken for the meat. Packed it in solid in lower crust, covered and slit the top. Looked nice, and tasted even better!!!

Left-overs with the MIL tonight. I added some corn and a Cole slaw salad with pimento. Anybody else had a hankering for pimento cheese sandwiches, since they were on a road trip with their parents??? I can still remember those concrete roadside picnic tables.
