Pork Sausage and Parm Stuffed Mushrooms, and Leftovers - 08/05/21 11:51 PM

Pretty simple tonight. Threw them all in one of the garage ovens, to keep from heating up the house. Large white mushrooms, stuffed with pork sausage, Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses, Panko crumbs, cream cheese and sour cream. Salt, pepper, and some Italian seasoning! Some leftovers for the girls, seafood and fries w/ tartar for me!!!

Heck, you gotta support your habit. I built a little alcove in the garage, right outside the kitchen and have top and bottom electric ovens next to my big upright freezer. The one in the kitchen is a gas convection one. For Thanksgiving and XMas, I can do the entire meal at once without moving dishes!!!

Stuffed mushrooms are underrated, super easy to make.
