I Love Meat Loaf

The MIL wanted meatloaf, and some extra for sandwiches, so that's what we did. Saving the left over chicken for tomorrow, and I can do seafood. Went a little overboard on the saltine crackers in the meat, but that's OK. Had to have some waffle fries and mushroom brown gravy too! Garden is on cherry tomato overload right now. Anyone else love gravy on their fries like me???

Chili on the fries yes, but haven’t ventured into gravy on them... meatloaf all daylong with smashed potatoes and gravy
