Grilled Brats and Beer!

Had to go out and work in the yard in the heat all morning, so skipped breakfast in order to get done, before it got hot. That left me plenty of time at lunch to grill a couple Johnsonville smoked brats, and chow down on TWO of them!! Spicy mustard, cheese, sauerkraut and pickled onions. No chips required today!! Just a couple Fat Tires to enjoy with them.

Stayed up in Wisconsin for a year and the locals boiled the brats and onions in beer and then threw them on a grill or flattop to brown.
Best Ive ever had ! And the beer cheese soup was Heaven
