OMG, a Night of Nights!!! - 07/02/21 03:40 AM
Four couples at the RV tonight for dinner. Had a nice sirloin tip roast to grill and dice up, beans, cheese, sauteed up Tex sweet onions and jalepenos. Lettuce, tomato, salsa, pico, sour cream. One friend even had room for seconds!!! An assembly line in the RV, then eating in the screen room to dodge mosquitos.

First time I have sauteed my japs in the butter and onions. Boy, they were tender!! Can't believe how much food you can pile on an Ultra paper plate!!! We did drinks, girls saved room for pecan cookies and ice cream. Maybe tomorrow!!
