Love it. I used trimmings to make mine at times. Other times I went all in and used thin sliced fillets. food

That looks incredible. I made Peruvian ceviche for the guys on a fishing trip once. Speckled trout.

And it was excellent! Wish I had some more right now.

Mike that ceviche looks great. One of my favorite things to eat.

Sheepshead any kind of way. One of the best eating fish ever.

My favorite for ceviche is Mangrove Snapper.

Good stuff for sure, always made some from the first snapper caught when going offshore. Great lunch on a hot day
