Down on the island this weekend so though fresh Gulf seafood was appropriate. Snagged some snapper and large shrimp at the market down on the wharf. Grilled the snapper with some lime and Greek seasoning. Put the shrimp in butter with garlic, lime and cilantro. Coleslaw, homemade salsa, guac, Mexican rice and borracho beans rounded it out.
