BIL and his wife are here for a week, so that we can jump in the RV again, and head up to Coeur d'Alene for a Navy reunion. Decided to work on some albondigas (Mexican meatballs and veggies) tonight. Boy, they came out tasty! 
Soup was a little too spicy for the wife and MIL, but with a little doctoring (and some sour cream), they said it was mild enough and the taste was awesome. Things of beauty, I love meatballs. .

The soup and whole thing was great, and beans added to it. Saved enough meatballs to have tacos in crunchy corn shells latter on.
