Rotisserie Chicken and Spaghetti Casserole Bake

Rotisserie Chicken and Spaghetti Casserole Bake - 06/08/21 12:40 AM

The threads on baked spaghetti and lasagna got me thinking, I haven't done a white spaghetti casserole for a while. Got one of those good rotisserie chickens when I was at Sam's Club, and had stripped all the meat off it. Chopped it all up, added the goodies, and threw it in the oven. Did some home-made yeast rolls while it was cooking, then split and butter grilled them.

A thing of beauty! Came out nice and crunchy, with the panko and cheddar cheese topping, then I added some cucumbers with oil and red wine vinegar.

I’m sorry, that’s one of the few meals that I can not stand to eat. Seeing that just made me gag.

Few years ago at a group dove hunt, the staff fixed that for us for dinner. I filled up on garlic bread.

Good stuff right there up

We buy those Sams Rotisserie chickens all of the time, for $4.99 for a whole chicken that is already cooked for you and taste pretty darn good is hard to beat.
Wife use to make that dish at least once every other week for the kids, we all enjoyed it.

I also use their chickens to make home made Chicken Noodle soup, fixed a pot yesterday.

One was Cream of Bacon, and the other was Cream of Chicken and Mushroom mix. I agree, the wife loves them, and 4.99 is pretty cheap for a couple meals, or a lot of chicken salad sandwiches
